This summer we're expecting some big new themes! Following the recipe to base new themes on existing ones (maintenance!) we plan on making at least 2 new themes before the end of the year! This time, we'll proceed according to our user's preferences! Please take part in the poll at the end of the page.

We are also planning on reverse-engineer our Windows 10 themes into the MTAC, to avoid syntax errors that GTK doesn't like (see here). MacOS Cheetah and OS X Leopard will make a comeback in short, accompanied by the classic Mavericks theme.

As a side project, I may start a console-looking or an all-black theme (kind of like B00merang Blackout but based on MTAC)

Also, if you haven't checked our Fuchsia theme, here's how it's going:

Which theme would you like to see?

I'm not shure. Meanwhile, you could try this one: https://github.com/Vistaus/Blue-Face

BTW you meant facebok or messenger?

How about classic Macintosh, pre-OSX?

It was included in the initial planning, but development shifted to a common codebase for easier maintenance. It may come later on, when we finished the new code tree

I really appreciate your efforts, mainly linux suffers from worst themes ever, most of them are focusing on a frozen screenshot art, but ignore daily usability, ... same applies to strange concepts of Gnome 3, and Unity and others ....
sometimes I was thinking what if I get rid of all 3d buttons look and make something more like facebook or google chromium flat buttons, close button is a square that makes it easy to click it instead of trying to place the mouse inside a small circle ...
I used windows 10 theme most of the time, not because I like windows, but it is a usable theme, it is designed in a way that makes you forget looking at the theme all the time, instead it works ...
as a Linus core, I believed all the time, it is the best, as a Debian stability it is the best, but as a Linux Desktop environment, it is orphaned, no creative design that could attract users.
Many times I start believing if a new GUI based on CSS and javascript, would solve the problem instead of the huge hassle, but chromium OS did not succeed much ... although it is supported by a software giant like Google, but still google itself suffer from look&feel problems (check gmail ugly UI).
my favorite desktop environment by trial and error is Mate (i.e Ubuntu Mate), it is usable in terms of simplicity, fast action, configurable keyboard shortcuts, theme-ing, no wobbly windows and silly staff (by default at least), ... the less attractive desktop is the better, there is no need to shiny desktop, it needs to work fine and fast, most of linux DE keep user looking for something missing (i.e. I want to place a shortcut on my desktop in Unity, ... pause everything, start reading forever to find a solution fits current ubuntu release I am using ... and so on).

You are doing a great job really by giving same look of usable desktops, and less puffed and infalated look and feel of volunteered inventions of none-sense themes available over ????-look.org websites ...

many thanks!
