Licensing exceptions

• Solaris 11 is dual-licensed under GPLv3 and LGPLv3 to allow the OpenIndiana project to use it in their Hipster distribution
• Windows Longhorn assets are licensed under a proprietary license found here, while CSS code is licensed under GPLv3
